I borrowed snorkeling gear from the office to explore the water directly across the road. Each morning I ate fresh fruit and toast at the breakfast area before heading out. I grilled dinner on the Weber barbecue situated on the grounds while my family relaxed by the pool. I grabbed cocktails at the bar that operated in the breakfast space between 4:30 and 6:30 in the evening.
I drank filtered water from the UV tap system in the kitchen of the house. During my stay, Jess left a bottle of wine on the table for my birthday and allowed a late check out which gave me more rest time after an arrival at 2am. The house sat inland off the main road, surrounded by greenery and mountain views.

Dining on the upper and lower decks
I used the upper and lower decks for many family dinners throughout my stay. We gathered for BBQs and gathered around the pool, which the children enjoyed every day. The washing machine and dryer in my apartment made cleaning easy since I stayed for three nights. Varnia organized repairs immediately after I mentioned them at check-in.

Private saline water for my family
I swam in the saline pool throughout my visit while my family used the washing machine in our villa. Mama Dor picked us up from the airport and brought fresh fruit and vegetables to the kitchenette. We lived out of our suitcases since the drawers held sunscreen, bug spray, and coffee.

Canoes and paddle boards on the lagoon
I paddled one of the canoes across the lagoon while looking at the views from the spacious decking. We took out the SUPs throughout the afternoon since the water sat just a few steps from the front of the house.

Late dips in the saltwater pool
I swam in the saltwater pool at all hours of the night. During the day, I relaxed on the balcony looking out over the garden. Neil organized my lunch on the Island and shared local tips on the bus timetable. I prepared meals in the fully stocked kitchen after spending time in the BBQ area.
I paddled the kayaks across the lagoon right outside my bungalow during my stay. Rarotonga Bakery and a service station sat directly across the road, so I walked over whenever I needed snacks. I cooked dinner on the deck BBQ and watched for whales from my private balcony.

Snorkel gear and kayaks kept in the villa
I used the snorkel gear and kayaks provided in the villa when I walked the short path to the beach. Across the road, I visited the Patai Store for supplies, which remained open until 10pm. My villa included a full kitchen and a private patio where I cooked on the BBQ. I kept my laundry done in the facility behind my unit throughout my six nights.

Local coconut buns delivered every morning
I ate fresh local coconut buns as part of the breakfast delivered to my villa each morning. While I stayed in one of the rear villas, I watched people kite surf on Muri Lagoon from my deck. I also spent afternoons in the hot tub overlooking the lagoon after I kayaked from the propertywith paddles for guest use right at the beachfront.
I rinsed off in the private outdoor shower after I spent the afternoon snorkeling in the sea directly in front of my villa. I also spent time in the temperature-controlled pool which sat surrounded by lush gardens. Rick dropped off fresh fruit like finger bananas and pawpaw, while I made use of the snorkeling gear and kayaks during my stay.
I walked from the deck of my villa directly onto the sand of Muri Beach each morning. Since the Muri Night Market sits right behind the hotel, I picked up dinner there four times a week to eat while overlooking the water. I spent my afternoons paddling the two kayaks provided for my studio, made exploring the lagoon easy.
